What’re you doing to increase your speed?

Elite speed, especially in athletics or sports, involves several fundamental factors:

  1. Biomechanics: Efficient movement patterns that minimize energy loss and maximize stride length and frequency.

  2. Strength and Power: Strong muscles and explosive power contribute to faster acceleration and top speed.

  3. Flexibility and Range of Motion: Optimal flexibility allows for full range of motion, crucial for generating powerful strides.

  4. Technique and Form: Proper running or movement technique ensures energy is used efficiently and minimizes resistance.
